Why I chose IOD

I chose this book becuase I am curious to see how democratic our country acually is and why our system is flawed. I also chose this book because the co-author is Thomas Dye who was my dad's advisor in college. I expect to learn the many ways that our nation's system of govnment does not serve our people as well as it should.
